In my life time I have organised many picnics be it at office, family, friends and neighbours.
It is years since I have gone on a picnic what with pandemic and other issues
Would you like to join me? Where would you want to go - beach, park, anywhere else? Would you want it to be a full day picnic? Can you suggest some menu, games, Should it be a family picnic but just myLotters?
Let's plan something.

I liked to picnic, and usually better in a park where there are tables and benches, it is a lot more comfortable than sitting on the grass or on the beach. My picnic menu were composed by ham and tomato sandwiches, deviled eggs, roasted chicken drummets and fruits.

Park it will be as you are the seond one who has opted for it
Tables and chairs will be provided as even I cannot squat (lol)
Don't you think that food is pretty heavy for a picnic unless you want to suggest some running games?

@LadyDuck I would prefer running race or treasure hunt where every one can take part but badminton is restricted. Kind of you to think of others as I thought you had planned that all will eat all that you have suggested Good thinking
Do you dance?

@allknowing The sandwiches with sliced ham and tomatoes are not at all heavy the eggs are not heavy either and the chicken drummets are for people who dislikes the eggs and the sandwiches. We usually brought our Badminton raquets to play when we went to a picnic, or we hiked after lunch, picnic is never sedentary for us. Of course we can opt for a boring picnic lunch, boiled rice.

I am not tted of beavhes. I love the beauty of the beach. Our beaches here have white sands beside the forest. We can sit in the forest and share ourselves while eating your foods

That's something difficult to figure out if you ask specifically for mylotters as people are separated by boundaries. Practically its difficult.

Beach would be the ideal one. And games can be all our traditional games...Snakes and ladders, Carrom, hopscotch ( my favourite), hide and seek and many more. For menu, the list can go on and on. Let's have a potluck party. I will get Samosa and biryani.

It is more or less decided that we will have the picnic at a park and outdoor games will be better than playing indoor games.

The decision to have it at a park is almost taken. Any ideas to make it a day to remember?

Picnics are very interesting. It is a good social thing as people can talk and have good memories be outdoors. It is a fun thing to do. Unfortunately, all of interreacting is zoom, skype and texting.
