I had some chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum and onions which I had stuffed in my sandwich yesterday. I added some more chopped onions, coriander leaves, shredded chickens smashed potatoes and prepared the chicken vegan kebab. I had it as a side item for lunch. I made an omelet with the leftover beaten eggs with which I made my French toast and chicken vegan kebab. I sprinkled some chopped onion and chat masala to enhance the taste.
I had dal and rice and some leftover matar paneer to complete my lunch. It was an heavy lunch.

Yes, it was heavy. I didn't take anything in the evening and a light dinner.

Why did you include the word VEGAN?

It's vegan because I added equal amount of vegetables like cabbage, onions, capsicums and potatoes.
