I have to give my praises to the students at Callisburg High School in Callisburg Texas decided to use the power of GoFundMe.com with the goal of raising $10,000 to assist their custodian who goes by the name Mister James.
Mister James who is 80 years of age had to come out of retirement in January 2023 when he not able to make ends meet when his rent was raised by over $400 dollars.
Thanks to the concerned donors who were aware of the money problems that Mister James was having, the donations came to over the primary goal.
Credit for the student who started the donation drive goes to senior high school students Kari Yousko and Grayson Thurman who are happy to learn that Mister James will be able to pay the rent.
Mister James is still working at the high school as of Wednesday. Mister James has declined to be interviewed by the media since I guess he prefers his privacy.

@celticeagle I am in agreement with you that bad news on the internet sites is too much for me to handle.

@rakski It is a shame that the rotten apples who harm teachers at school get the attention from the alternate press.

It's a shame when someone 80 years old has to go back to work to afford his/her rent. That was nice of the students to raise money for him.

I share the same feeling that a 80 year old custodian had to come out of retirement to work since his rent was raised at the beginning of this year since he could not make ends meet.
