I know it's way late for me to be posting this. Buuuuut, better late than never.
I picked up some Steak Ums the other day at Dollar General and was planning on making french dips with them, but didn't end up doing that tonight. Instead I grabbed a pack of hamburger buns, the steak ums, a bottle of off brand A1 and some provolone cheese and made steak and cheese sammiches.
I also made "Checkers" fries to go with it. If you are unfamiliar with these, they are just the frozen version of the fries that the fast food chain Checkers/Rally's serves. They are probably our favorite fries to get.
So that's what we had for dinner at our house, what went on the table at yours?

It was pretty good.
and one box of steak ums fed all three of us.
So dinner cost probably around $6.00 for all of us.

No its not. That's 2 dollars a person. Where else can you feed someone steak for two dollars.

I couldn't get a tasty french fries anywhere nearby. Once I had a french fry in other state, it was fantastic. It's lunch time here. My mom is preparing something us for. It should be Lentils, Rice and some curry.
