Here its 11:22 am just reach office now I got late at office today but anyhow no one said anything to me as it first day of week everyone is bit late today will start doing my work as of now just little mylotting i hope you all have wonderful day ahead.

I call it as Monday Syndrome. Fortunately, I am working on a company that promotes remote working. I can work from anywhere in the world. Just a stable internet connection, Mobile phone with network, and a Laptop is what all I need. Happy Working.

That's a very lucky situation to be in. I have observed that working remotely has its benefits but one has to be on job for longer ours so i feel workers are exploited in this way

@coolimrose To be frank I don't work more hours. I give 100% attention for only 3 or 4 hours.

I feel you have a relaxed environment in your office. My ex-boss would've chopped our heads off. I feel no one says anything but afterwards they just bomb it on our heads.
