Her child got home about thirty minutes ago. The bus has been dropping her off down the road, which still kind of annoys me. It was okay when her brother got off the bus with her, but now that it is just her, it bugs me that they drop off a nine-year-old three blocks from home. Luckily we are usually home when she gets home from school. I gave the child a little happy Monday basket. I gave her the LOL 2 doll set that we found on clearance last week, the purse pack of Ice Breakers that we got from snack guy, and the Lunchable gummies we found at five below. She was super excited. Between those little gifts and the new clothes, she scored from the thrift store she was pretty excited when she got home. Chris is just about done with his Lego car build, then we are going to run into town and get shredded cheese and bacon so that I can make dinner tonight. I also just paid our internet bill, which means we are all caught up on all our bills now. So that's a gold star for adulting. It rained earlier today, it poured its butt off while we were at snack guys. Buuuuuuut its cleared up now and it's back to being seventy-seven degrees and hot. We are going to finish this YouTube video and then run into town. Since the bus is coming at 645 am as opposed to 705 as it had been, the child has to get used to going back to bed at 830 or so. Alright, welllllll it looks like we are getting ready to go into town and get our shopping done. I will be back with a post about the snack guy and a post about whatever goodies I find on this excursion.
