I Found an Interesting Article on ChatGPT We All Should Read

I heard about the new cyber chat program, ChatGPT, back in late November 2022. Then there was also a post by the admin. GoAskAlice on here recently as well. In my wandering, I found this article which I will make available through a link at the bottom. I really think that this is something we should all be aware of on the internet. If you know what this program is you can only imagine its many uses both bad and good. The more informed we are the better I think. It is a program that can mimic conversation and even write passages on a given subject. Schools are banning it as admin. here on Mylot did. It can become another bad problem for us.
Security professionals express unease — and optimism — at ChatGPT's ability to write phishing emails and malicious code.

It is taking up the internet by storm. One thing though, it failed miserably on some supposedly easy answers, which casted doubt on its absolute reliability, it still needs human intervention to make things doubly sure. It misleads some people to think the wrong answers as right as it delivers its answers in a confident tone

I think I read a discussion about ChatGBT. It's not anything I'd be interested in.

@celticeagle It holds no interest for me. I don't understand why it's so popular.

I can certainly see how they would be really bad in school to use it.

I am thrilled it’s banned here and in schools. I do use it to find information, however, and that’s a good thing.

It depends on the individual. But for me since I am into the academic field, I shouldn't try ChatGPT because it may ruin my writing skills and probably other skills.
