I work as a security guard and someone who is not a supervisor is always pointing out my flaws and picking on me. It's so frustrating she tried to stop my food deliveries on my shift without notifying a supervisor and posting a note saying no food deliveries on facility. I was pretty upset and i talked to a supervisor and they did not authorize it. She calls people names and all kinds of stuff. Its such a hostile work environment t. Its sad and uncomfortable.

I am sorry you have to deal with her.
Is there any way you can find another job that is more suitable?
Or maybe that person will get fired

That person sounds horrible to work with. I hope for your sake and for anyone you work with they she targets that she gets fired or quits
