The food in Dhabas and eateries in the highways are awesome.

Whenever we go for long drives we take a break at the dhabas and eateries. In the highways these dhabas are very good. The food over there are awesome like aloo ka paratha, chicken grilled sandwich, masala dosa or spanish omelette. The break helps to continue the ride for another 3 hours.

Pretty and I always look for places to stop, eat and take a break when we're on long trips, too. Some of the places have good food and some don't... We remember the ones with good food for the next time we drive that way. You know, if you didn't feed your oldest son as much, he wouldn't have gotten taller than you.

thanks DE when he was small he only at curd rice. When he grew up then started eating other food.

@sathviksouvik I guess I've only seen him draped over his mom, so he might not be as tall as you yet... But I think he'll be taller than you one of these days.

Are they the same as you travel? I thought Indian foods chnged every so many miles.

thanks the Horse, I agree Indian food changes with change of place. Food like chicken sandwich and spanish omelette are common and all Dhabas in India will have it. Regarding aloo ka paratha and masala dosa I have no idea. North India has different food than South India.

thanks Icydoll I found most of the travellers ordering food of their own choice. they love them and the break is justified
