What's for din? 3.15.23

I wish I could say that I am just late to posting this, but I am not. Dinner will be coming out of the Instant Pot in about fifteen minutes. OOPS. We were gone working most of the day, then after she child got home we had to run a couple errands so it was nearly 730 when I got dinner in the instant pot. I told she child around eight that the instant pot wasn't going to be ready until late, and she could stay up with us to eat pulled pork and mashed potatoes if she wanted to, since tomorrow is just a half day and they aren't doing anything important tomorrow. She said (and was acting) she was tired so I gave her a choice of a few different things for dinner, and she asked for beef noodles which is just beef Ramen cooked in there liquid until they are almost mushy. She ate and was ready for bed by 830. We had pizza at four, then she had a popsicle, a granola bar and some chips in between that and dinner. So like always she was snacking from the time she got home. But anyway I took a two pound pork loin and threw it in the IP with some water, Sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce, and seasonings. It's just about done, and we will have pulled pork sandwiches. On plain bread tonight because when I went to Dollar General they only had regular bread or hot dog buns and the hot dog buns seemed messy so regular bread it is. I made garlic-ky, three or four cheese mashed potatoes to go with it. And that will be dinner tonight and probably lunch tomorrow. After dinner I will pack she child's lunch, although she asked for a pizza lunchable so that's what she's getting with a couple extra things. Although not as much as usual since she doesn't have a full day. So what's for dinner at your house tonight?
