First, you all know that Edinburgh is a city in Scotland. It is not a very big city by global standards, but a nice clean Scottish city though decidedly having a cold temperature. Unlike in London, where there are very many Indian restaurants, one has to search for a good Indian restaurant in Edinburgh.
There is one restaurant called the Pakora Bar, which is run by three Sikh brothers who have copied the recipes of their mother and are serving them along with curries and Indian dishes.
Just for information, a pakora is a popular Indian snack food made from gram flour and vegetables, and then deep-fried while coating it in a batter.
In case you ever visit, Edinburg, do make a visit to this eatery. You can be sure to get good Indian authentic food, and I can say that the food in this restaurant is better than what is served in the Indian restaurants in London.
The restaurant also serves Indian Street Food, curries, and Indian grilled food. You can get both meat and veg food, np beef.
So friend spicing up your belt and when you're in Edinburg next, do you dine at this place, you'll simply love it.

I do enjoy Indian food, and am always on the lookout for new restaurants and cuisines to try. I've never really had any desire to go to Edinburgh, though! Perhaps if you ever visit restaurants in Wales, English midlands or South West then I'll check them out
My son is hoping to one day perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival so I'll keep this restaurant in mind for then.
