Bought a new home

Last week I bought a new home.It is nearby my parental home where I am living right now.It is like a dream come true for me.I am very happy.My parents are happier.The best part about the home is that it has a big balcony ;also it's lucrative view & great position make it more attractive.

Is it an independent house or a house in an Apartment complex?

Thanks for sharing.
In some ways, apartment complexes are better due to security, arrangements for Water availability and power backup.
