During my last trip to the capital city I never passed the opportunity of not visiting my favourite restaurant and ordered their specialty. They're famous for barbecue. I ordered barbecue and Java rice, beef dinuguan (A Filipino delicacy made of cow's blood). It was a worthwhile visit and I really enjoyed the food considering that it was almost 30 years that I haven't had taste of my favourite dish.

I am glad you enjoyed your favorite food. I like barbecued meats, I would skip the beef dinuguan for sure.

It's in Mall of Asia. Name of restaurant is Aristocrat. I'm sure you're familiar with it. For me Aristocrat still offers the best barbeque. Let me know when you visit CDO. Will you go to minindal?hehhe.

@rakski You're correct. I don't order java rice from other restaurants only from Aristocrat. How do you like the beef diniguan, I was so crazy over it.

I moved back to Mindanao and there's no Aristocrat here. There are times that I go to Manila but I never had the chance to go to Aristocrat.
