My Gelatin

This is the gelatin I make last Thursday for my birthday. It's been a long time since I made a gelatin dessert. I'm quite nervous that it would not come out right. I add half cup of water but still it's not as soft as I like it.
I add fruit cocktail in the gelatin. I used 3 packs of red gelatin but I should used 1 colourless gelatin so it's not so red and it will be light pink.
I used leche flan mold, gelatin mold and plastic tubs. I want to make gelatins often now. I can eat it quickly.

They look delicious. They're great for dessert. Now, you reminded me of making one myself. My DIL used to make them, but that was months ago. I will have to request her to make me some. And leche flan is also good eating it per se. It's yummy. Have a nice day as well.

Hmmm I miss gelatin. My mother used to make gelatin too. She added coconut milk and it's so yummy.

I'm going to make a gelatin with coconut cream too and it will settle on the top of the gelatin and it is so yummy.

That does look good. I am not a big fan of gelatin. But my daughters love it.

I like making different flavors of gelatin. I need to make some again. I have not made any in awhile.
