My cities people are being harrassed by the Civil Aviation office at the center.

My city Rourkela, people were put into trouble, with flights being canceled since three days since three days because of bad weather. Passengers from Rourkela airport were lifted and dropped at Jharsuguda airport where they were informed that flights have been canceled. Most of them had to spend a lot to come back to Rourkela. They had to cancel their official work and their time was wasted too. The airport at Rourkela needs just an ILS( Instrumental Lightning System) to solve this problem but the Indian government at the center under whom is all the airports of India is playing politics with the sanction. Isn't this a step motherly attitude towards my city? It's also depriving us of our rights. We are also paying the taxes to the central government as central GST. The airport was built using huge amount money. Now just trying to close an airport for an ILS is wasting people's money because any government fund is the taxes that the people of India are paying.
