...milk tea lately. Each day brings a slight increase in the temperature. It signals the impending start of summer. I drink ice-cold milk tea to slake my thirst because I always go for a daily walk. I switched from drinking coffee to milk tea more than a year ago, I have been drinking milk tea since then. If wintermelon isn't available, I'll opt for fruit tea because I adore the taste of it. Other than using myLot, are there any other vices you have?

I used to say this. When I got sick last year, I stopped having some abruptly. To stop the craving, I usually have some coffee candies.

I do agree with the health part. I need to balance the consumption of it. Sometimes I wanted to have some coffee, but it might spike my blood pressure or have palpitations.

@Shavkat Drinking more than 4 cups of coffee a day may increase your blood pressure. I usually drink 2, maximum 3, no more.

I prefer green tea. I drink milk and tea separately. Both should not me mixed. I hate the taste....everything is too much in it!!

I can understand where it is coming from. For me, I cannot drink pure green tea because it can lead to tummy ache.
