Some people think they fooled me but they are mistaken sometimes I let them feel so. Let them be happy about it unless I get harmed by them. Recently one of my colleagues tries to behave like that. He complains to the boss whatever good he is doing is done by him and whatever bad is happening at work is because of me. But he forgot that the boss is not a fool he understands everything.. The boss is a fool actually but this time he could not able to make him. Do you have such kind of people in your surroundings who think themselves to be superior to others but they are not in reality? How do you deal with them?

Yes, they should understand what the boss will do if he comes to now the whole truth.

Oh yes. That is quite annoying. Unless they are harming me directly, I comfort myself to know that other people figure these sorts out eventually. I imagine this sort of person making fool of themself ... makes me feel better.

This is annoying but you cannot do anything except getting angry with the behaviour of this person.

Wow your coworker is terrible. Maybe he will quit or get fired eventually and you won’t have to deal with him.

Hope so it happens. But the boss seems as if he has closed his eyes for him.

@sjvg1976 You really need to, you just don't know what they are capable of. Sometimes even people you consider as friends might do that though..it is disheartening.

Yes, I once had a colleague who always sabotaged my projects and bad mouthed me behind my back. If she sees anyone as competition, she destroys them by reporting bad and false information to the higher-ups. but in the end, she was given a dose of her own medicine. The person she reported had reported her more atrocious doings, It backfired on her and she was kicked out of the company. She did many things to me, but I just kept my cool, because I know the truth will always come out and karma is real.

Truth always comes out after you have been harmed. That was good that she was kicked out of the company, hope she learned that you cannot survive in a company by doing this you have to work.

Ah, I am in your particular spot right now with certain family members . Yah, I let this person think what they want . . . however I do not share much information about myself with them . . . what they do not know, they cannot comment. I know that's not always possible in a working situation, and it's actually sad and unfortunate in a family situation.

Yes, and I just nod and do not say anything to them. They are not worth the spit of my mouth.

A smart man is someone who can pretend to be a fool in front of a fool who pretends to be smart.
