Buko Pandan Gelatin

I like making gelatins now. I luckily get paid by my brother for the transcription jobs I do for him for his articles for DOST TAPI. I finish like 3 hours of audio and I just charge him 1, 300 pesos but he is so generous that he paid me 4,400 pesos! And so I made another gelatin for my family.
It is a buko pandan flavor gelatin. I bought two cans of coconut milk, condense milk and sugar.
I add 1 cup of water to make a softer gelatin and I think I get it right though the gelatin don't set fast. I taste it and it's perfect the coconut milk is there and I get the right sweetness.

Yes it taste better using coconut milk and not milk. I will make another next time
