Power Keeps Going Out | Lamb Design

In the last 20 minutes or so the power has gone out about 3 times. Luckily it has come right back on. However, it gets annoying having to wait for the internet to reconnect. Seems to take about 5 minutes each time for that.
So I haven't been able to do much online in the last little bit.
Has the power ever done that for you? Or does it just go out and stay out for a while?
I was surprised because there is nothing weather-wise that should cause a power outage.
Anyways - I thought I would share another art design since everyone is liking them lately. Here is a cute colorful lamb! What do you think of this one?

@MommyOfEli2013 It is, it doesn’t go off often but I keep a flashlight handy.

Glad you like it, thank you. Well that would be good to not be home at the time to deal with it being out, and not have to deal with waiting on the internet to reconnect.

@MommyOfEli2013 For sure. I have had the electric go off at other places that I lived. One time it was for a couple of days.

My internet takes quite awhile to reset as well

Sorry to hear that it does. Today we have high winds AGAIN but no power outages yet. I expect it today, not the other day when the weather was fine.

We had a power outage a few weeks ago. It lasted about an hour. I'm sorry it's been going on and off.

That would be frustrating, especially in the winter when it is so cold.

The power in my relatives home goes out for a long time when the high winds or storms hit my neighborhood for a period of around a few minutes to about one hour on rara occasions.

@MommyOfEli2013 That is basically what happens in my region. Some blackouts are short and some of them last around one hour or more.

That makes sense.... I've seen it go out for 30 minutes + if it does go out. Not just a second

That's a really cute lamb. We have intermittent power outages sometimes. No real cause that I know of. We now have a backup generator that goes on when the power goes out.

It depends on the cause. Some power outages will be quite the pain in the butt, while others well flicker. I used to live in a place where, if the wind blew wrong, it would cause an outage.

That makes sense. If it is lightning, or something running into the pole it could be out for hours. That stinks about the wind blowing wrong it would go out. Here we seem to have strong power stuff because we have had days with 60+ mph winds and no power outages

I would think if that was the case it would have stayed out for longer. It was literally for a second each time. But it didn't happen again after those 3 times.

Glad you think it is cute. And sorry to hear that. Our old internet would come back on quicker but this new company the internet takes a while.
