A simple snack with puffed rice ~ Masala Pori

Hello again! Good evening from my side. It's snack time for me now and I made this one easy snack recipe using puffed rice (Pori). We call it masala pori. With few ingredients, it can be prepared & it takes only less time. It needs puffed rice, fried peanuts, onion, tomato, coriander leaves for garnishing, chilly powder according to spice level & salt to taste. Once the ingredients are ready, everything should be put in a bowl & have to give a good mix. That's it. It's one such easy snack option. Everyone at home loves having it.
