Tuscaloosa police chase and capture a small horse that ran on a highway

The Tuscaloosa Police Department were called by a concerned citizen that a small horse that went missing in the northern section of the city when the police had to drive slowly so they would not harm the horse for a period of two hours running on the streets.
The incident happened on Monday evening when the police officers were able to capture the small horse who allowed himself to be captured by the police after the two hour chase ended since the small horse was exhausted.
The police named the horse Ginuwine in honor of Pony singer who I have never heard of.
The police are now looking for the owner of the small horse so that the owner of the small horse.
