Open air swimming pools become cold with the rains.

In Pondicherry in many of the resorts there are open air swimming pools. Travellers use the swimming pool for swimming at different times of the day. When we stayed there was serious rain. The moment it started raining the water of the swimming pool became cold. Even then we enjoyed the swimming.

I did not know that outdoor swimming pools get cold when it rains in your area.

It's great to swim in the rain too. You will get wet, just the same. 
. Swimming is a great exercise too when you can't go out and exercise bike or take a walk during the rain. I wish I had a private swimming pool, so I could swim too when it's raining, as a form of exercise.

As long as the water isn't too cold, I enjoy swimming... When I was still a young man, I would go skinny dipping with friends on New Year's Day... Now that was cold!

thanks DE i push my elder son in water. When the water is warm I push the younger son also

When I was studying in university, we had to take swimming lessons. We had to swim even in winter. The weather was cold. Temperature about 11C. The water in the pool was very cold. We did a lot of warm up exercise before diving into the water.
