This is my second time to have a fever

In fact I rarely have a fever after I grow up.
Last time when I had a fever, perhaps it was by the end of December last year as at that time many people were ill and many of us had a fever. I don't have a self-test kit but it is likely it is Covid.
Then this Monday night I had a sore throat and then I took a pill of Tylenol. Last night I didn't feel very well and I went to bed after dinner. I took temperature and it was 38.5 centigrades. I took a pill of Ibuprofen and soon I felt better. This morning my temperature was back to normal but I still have a sore throat. Just now I took temperature and it is 37.6 centigrades. Except for a sore throat, I feel OK. I think I will take a pill of Ibuprofen before bed so that tomorrow it shall be fine already.
I don't know whether mine is a flu, cold or Covid. I still think it may be Covid since we still have to wear the mask when we go out. I still do the precautions all the time and Ihaven't changed my habits. I only took off my mask when I had a meal in a restaurant on Sunday. I think only Covid can have such a high rate of infection.

I think I had the virus sometime in January 2022. I'll never forget cause that was the only time I got sick since Covid started and it was around that time they announced the new variant called Omicron. Sore throat was one of the most common symptoms, which we all had. I was very concerned but it said that the variant wasn't as severe as the others but it spreads faster. I didn't go to the hospital, I only took over the counter meds, ate a lot of fruits, and drank a lot of water.

@MGjhaud When I had Covid last December, I didn't have sore throat. All my symtoms were feeling very cold, tired and having a fever. I lied on the bed most of the time but I still kept regular meals and drank a lot of water and fruits. I got well after about three days and I didn't take any medicine at that time since I didn't feel painful.

Actually we didn't have any kinds of flu or cold during the past three years as everything was quite strict and crazy here. Finally it had an opposite change last December and I think ti is still good as I really can't stand the crazy pandemic life. And suddenly many people were sick all together in December. Now I have a fever again and it is rare for me. This is why I think it is more like Covid as I alreadyd do the precausions as well as before.
