We saw her only once

Sparrows are not seen here or in the vicinity In the good old days they used to be seen in stores where sacks with cereals would be kept in open gunny bags. Those chirps were music to one's ears. The shopkeepers welcomed them. A few days ago one sparrow came and bathed in our bird bath That was just once and I have not seen her again. My friend a senior used to feed these birds on her window sill. There would be countless of them. There is a fear they could just vanish. Do you see sparrows in your area.

Wow. There are many sparrows here . . . in fact I saw many baby ones flying about in the past month.

@allknowing Maybe climate change is really doing a number on our planet. Maybe it is a similar reason for the mangoes not being ready too.

Sparrows are the most common birds here. I see them every day coming to our feeders.

Yes, we have the Eurasian tree sparrows, which my grandson wants to watch every time we take a walk in the area.. He likes the sound of their chirpings, and make sounds himself when he sees them
