Change in Plans

I'm not going to the Winter Market this morning. Roads are icy, and it's really snowing out there. It's a fine snow, but it's coming down hard and steady. It's best I don't risk an accident. I don't normally go anywhere in these conditions, so I'm sticking to my guns and not risking it.
Any changes to today's plans? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

I'm staying in bed... I only woke up to go to the bathroom, anyway... 
My eyes are swollen almost shut so I can't see to drive even if Pretty wanted to go somewhere. (I'm on top of my keyboard to be able to read the screen. *shrug*)

Fingers crossed, we're done with snow for the season. It's already 12°C/54°F at 9am, with a promise of a high of 16°C/60°F. And maybe a thunderstorm. We had one, briefly, last night after I went to bed. Nice and sunny now, but windy.

It sounds quite warm. It's not that here. We're only in the low to mid-30s F. I know that's around 0 C. Windy here too. It was supposed to thunder last night before it turned to snow. If it did, it didn't wake me.@BarBaraPrz (45476)

Not for me, I knew this rain and wind was coming. Today is an inside day..although it should be nice tomorrow. Why are they having a Winter Market in the spring?

Sorry that you had a chance in plans but it is best to stay in and safe. Hope that your day is blessed.
We didn't have anything planned other than going over our SS lessons. And watch some videos. We had torrential rain overnight. The wind has been steadily picking up as the day goes on. We are under a wind warning until tomorrow morning. My heart breaks after seeing all the devastation in other parts of the country from yesterday.

I decided to go after all. My friend texted that she was going. So, I was out the door. It was a blessed day. Thank you.

Omigosh, it is still snowing there and here we are in the PH having temperatures going as high as 39 C. That's 102.2 F.
It's good you decided to stay home because of the icy roads. Prevention is always better than figuring in an accident. I did no chores today and just stayed inside the air-conditioned room, watching and sleeping. I hope your weather conditions improve tomorrow. Stay safe and take care.
