Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 64 degrees F and raining here at the Jersey Shore. That is bad news for the area. The annual St. Patrick's Day parade a couple of weeks ago was postponed until today due to rain. Well today it is being held rain or shine. Back in my heyday I would be over on the island on parade day--but not to see the parade. My friends and cousins would spend the day barhopping. Those were fun times. I woke up around 7 am, ate something, and then attempted to go back to sleep but that didn't work. I've done the dishes, done some laundry, and now the Roomba is going. I am going to do some meal prep for next week's breakfasts but that's about all that is on the agenda. My friend Chantal is coming over later *I think* to touch up my hair. I expect that won't be until tonight, though, because she usually works on Saturdays. What's everyone else up to today?
