Continuing from my previous post where I talked about checkin to the Hotel room, temple visit and the Dinner. We were very tired. First, we could not sleep well on the eve of the journey. Then we were excited so no sleep on board the train and thereafter. So by late evening of the first day, we were very exhausted. It was good to get some good sleep. Next day we woke up to slight cold (at 2000 M above sea level, we can expect that kind of a weather). We had snacks with Tea and took some pictures of the view outside. However, when we got ready and were exploring the Hotel, the weather changed. It got cloudy and windy as well. It was good that we were having Jackets and Caps. Sharing a collage of the pictures we took. To be continued..............

@TheHorse On an average it is 5 to 7 C and sometimes 10 C lower than plains. And above 2800 to 3000 M, one can find snow even during Spring or Autumn but I haven't yet been to that much height. I think the maximum height I have been is perhaps 2200 to 2300 M above sea level. By the way, have you been to heights above 3000 M ?

@TheHorse Do you like to note the Height above sea level (the stone slabs or boards)when you go hiking or travel?

Those are beautiful photos of the countryside. And yes, when Pretty and I go on trips, I can't sleep well before we leave and am too excited to take a nap when we arrive.

@DaddyEvil Yes I can relate to that. It takes time to get good rest after the full trip.
