Seems like Saturday is a slow day?

Not just on myLot, traffic around here is lighter than usual, since many people are off work. The mail was later today too, after 3 PM, usually here by noon.
The only thing that was fast today was the time. I spent a bit longer than usual here and worked on some writing as well & suddenly it is 6 PM.
My wife isn't feeling too well today, so I prepared a chicken salad for lunch with red bell pepper, celery, purple cabbage & a dressing of some mayo & sour cream.
Tonight, we have some lemon pasta with lemon sauce that I will add to it. We tried it before and it's delicious.

@FourWalls My favorite store! The green enchiladas in the refrigerated section are really good too, as are most of the MREs there.

Oh, sad to say I bought it prepared and only had to cook the pasta and heat the sauce. Easy!

Went to the supermarket, it's unusual not to queue at the cashier considering it's a weekend after payday. Could be that some have gone somewhere for the Lenten celebration.

She is better today, thank you. Here is a link to a post I wrote about one of her latest. It did not get accepted for the show, but an old friend bought it .

Weekends are slower but I try to blog on weekends because then it seems more people have time to look at my work and read it, The chicken salad sounds good, I hope your wife feels much better soon,
