I found the phrase above applicable to so many people. However, in case of my profession, I found it difficult to apply. I worked more successfully when I worked alone. It's because some members could be stubborn and each of them wants their way to be followed. So, I preferred to work alone. I see people nowadays to be more aggressive. They clash against each other for their own beliefs. In school, during thesis proposals, they don't ever get to agree on one topic, until the teacher steps in.
