Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I believe that Walking is the best exercise which can be done anywhere and at anytime. There are many exercises in trend like Pilates, Zumba Dance, Weight Training, Cardio etc. The one which can be easily done by us at home is walking. I am doing walking since long time and have seen its benefits as it's a whole body workout. I walk and exercise daily except on Sundays. Let me know are you into exercising and which exercises you do and how often. Let me know your thoughts about walking as well. Have a good day!! Take care!!

Agree that walking is the best exercise. I don't exercise but do walk as often as possible. IN additional to that I get all the exercise possible while doing house chores.

Walking is good for you. I want to start doing exercises again to build strength and muscles but have to start off easy

We can get full benefits of walking when we inhale and exhale while moving hands . Some people do walking by browsing or talking on mobile .it is not considered as walking.
