I'm a very spiritual person

I wake up every morning anxious about my upcoming surgery. I ask other people I know had the same experience like me. One is our church mate. She said she didn't know anything during the surgery and she fall asleep and when she wake up it is finish. My other classmate said it was bloody and she need 6 bags of blood. My mom said she didn't need any blood although she reserve 2 bags and my mom said she didn't feel anything
I just relax myself and I realize I am very spiritual, I walk my life with God, I'm a good person. I know how to pray, I worship God. I serve Him in church before when I was active. I belong to a decent family and my family are religious too spiritual too. So why am I so afraid I'm a Godly person so for sure God knows me and God is with people who call, believe and serve Him,
That's what calms my worries and give me peace. God is with me because I have faith in Him. A person with God in his or her heart is near God and really nothing to be anxious about if you have faith in God and you know how to seek God. If you have God in your heart surely He is also close to that person

Yes, that's right. Have faith in Him always. We should put our faith into action. The happening would test your faith in God. Place everything in His hands and you don't have to worry about anything. I hope you would recover fast from the surgery.

You feel those because you are human. And it is good that in this storm you hope on to God.
I think you will have a general anesthesia for your surgery. So you will not really feel anything unless your pain tolerance is very weak. Normally, if you have an operation it is a requirement to have a blood standby

God truly is there with you through His Holy Spirit. He promised He would never leave us or forsake us, so you can be at peace through your upcoming surgery.

Being a spiritual person is mostly about being spiritual, and this should be about allowing God to be God in your life, and about you loving him as much as you can.
When we love God, spirituality blossoms in us, fully alive to that love.
Life goes on in one way, or another, and yes when we are spiritual, we feel God close to us, and with us, in whatever we might have to go through for him.
