After some unexpected rains in Mid to end March, mercury is rising again.
Forecast is for tougher summers than the last year so the AC servicing day is also approaching nearer.
How tough it can be for people who have to do things in temperatures like 45 C plus and out in the sun.
I think that at least Government construction segment can shift the construction work during such days to very early morning or night.
I plan to check out on IPL scores and start reading a new novel.
I would share more information about the novel after some time.
By the way, do you folks like a well structured Book or movie review or just a casual one?
Have a nice Friday and the weekend!

I saw a couple of movies recently but have not found the focus to write the review of those ones.
But I do bring out such discussions sometimes.
Yes it is gradually getting hotter.

I try to share just a hint of the story and no climax.
That reminds me of a colleague in office who once sat near another co worker and narrated him almost the full story of a movie, including the climax.
I did not say much but I wasn't interested in knowing the complete story.

I do check a brief about the reviews before purchasing books offline or on the Amazon India site.
There are sites like Ureads (some name like that) and GoodReads etc that used to specialise in Book reviews.
I haven't checked them in a while.

I feel sorry for construction crews out there when the weather is hot.

Yes and a lot depends upon the government guidelines and their implementation.

So I will try to bring some more such personally thought of reviews.
Governments don't bother much.
Some laws are changed here and there but the implementation remains patchy.

Yes certainly some of the things are not going in the right direction.
Extremism of any kind is bad- be it of the Majority or Minority.
Unfortunately radicalisation and polarization has increased.
While some folks are bent upon implementing a version of Hinduism which is more akin to Christianity and Islam, we have people who torture Hindus in West Bengal and Kerala in the name of Secularism.
Then there are some Jihadists who forever glorify the Mughal rule and want that back.
Such things are creating massive divisions.
Removing Article 370 was good.
But too much talk of Congress Mukt Bharat is useless!
BJP and its allies should work more on positive issues otherwise they could become a copy of what Congress went through after they had big majority in 1984.
The standard of debates in parliament too needs to be looked into.
There are more fights than work in the parliament.
Hate speeches by all parties is also an issue.
And well, BJP too now has many folks who were earlier with Congress, Left, SP etc and so we still have many with criminal cases.
Amit Shah and J.P.Nadda should look into this aspect too.
I cannot say much about Manish Sisodia.
He is perhaps not bad but as per one of the person I met, the AAP government in Delhi is also indulging in Corruption even though they proclaim something else in the public.
Well too much Blabber !!

That is a good point.
May be I can go with a mix. Some casual ones, some in a more formal way.

Yet in many cases, if the construction contractor is adamant or unconcerned, the workers have to work even in high heat, although they do take breaks.
Government authorities can however conduct random checks regarding the working conditions.
