Firefighters rescue a female that was clinging to logs in the Verde River

A female whose name was not mentioned in the report is lucky to have on her possession her cellphone when her kayak flipped in the Verde River near Cottonwoods Arizona on Sunday.
The female kayaker was by herself when her kayak was trapped against the logs which caused her kayak to flip over which put in danger of a serious injury or even passing away.
The female managed to use her cellphone to call 911 for help which came courtesy of the Verde Valley Fire Department who worked together to save her life as she was clinging to logs while she was pinned against the logs due to the rough water flow in the river.
I am sure that the female who was rescued by the firefighters is grateful for their service of saving her life.
