When summer sets in and the heat is mounting one automatically thinks of cold desserts and kulfi is one such a speciality of Indian cuisine It is not ice cream as it has its own method of making it It is made from milk to which whatever flavour one wants is added including almonds and pistachios. During my young days they used to come selling in the wee hours of the night and for the family it was a happy moment getting up from one's sleep and enjoying that cold dessert. You will find the recipe here https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/kulfi-recipe-basic-kulfi-recipe/

I had kulfi in an Indian restaurant, I liked it, even if it's very rich.
