My orange hibiscus is still alive in the summer heat.

I have kept my orange hibiscus plant in pots in the balcony. It is still alive. I water the plant twice a day. I did not find any change of colour. But as it is very very hot with temperature around 42 degree celsius I am really worried how long I will be able to keep it alive.

Watering it twice a day is fine as long as the leaves don't start to turn yellow. If any start turning yellow, stop watering it and let the soil dry out completely and then water it again... but only when the soil is completely dry.
If you aren't keeping your plant under shade during the hottest part of the day, you should do that. If leaves start curling up and turning brown, it's getting too much sun.
Hibiscus are beautiful plants and I love the flowers on them. I used to grow a miniature hibiscus plant that had purple and white striped flowers.
