Fish Sarciado

This is our lunch for today, fish sarciado. I used tilapia fish. I fried 6 pieces of Tilapia. My brother and I are left in the house because the rest of them accompanied my mom in her lab test today.
I chopped a lot of tomatoes for this and put 5 scrambled eggs on it. We don't have a house helper today so I do the dish washing and cooking for lunch.

@sallypup Maybe it is because of her chemotherapy. She is taking supplements

It's also my favorite fish dish. I love the combination of tomatoes and eggs

Tilapia is my favorite fish and am sure it was delicious cause I did once make such a dish.
