How to be a fun person?

Hello friend, how are you? I hope you all in good condition always. :)
After a long time I didn't write because I was a little lazy, now I will write another discussion. LOL
Come on, let's discuss how to be a fun person? Often I observe someone asking someone else to talk, but don't seem to get a very good response. It's sad, but that's the reality. :(
Is it because he is a foreigner that he is not treated as well as you treat someone close to you? Is it because of his annoying and boring personality to talk to? Or other reasons.
So, let's discuss here, How do you think you can be a fun person, so that many people are interested in talking and interacting well with you? Thank you. :)

I think perhaps cultural differences keep people from interacting on mylot. As for in person interactions, maybe too many of us are just unsure of how to approach another person, and wonder are they being friendly enough? Or, perhaps are they being too familiar?

I think Amber that Mylot changed when all the controversial topics stopped
Those topics had people jumping in when ever they strongly agreed or disagreed with what was being posted
But that was then and this is now.
Not so many people now actually join in fully on threads
The posts don't really demand it as such
And there are people on here now who would see it as rude me replying to you like this lol

It's difficult to be a fun person because I am not naturally so. You may want to scour MyLot to find these fun people. May I recommend one for you? Try interacting with many so you can find out for yourself, Your idea of fun may be different from mine,

In my opinion is being kind and friendly, but no all stranger like it. I often talk to other stranger people and they aren't respons me. SAD.
