Stay hydrated

There are plenty of kids playing in the playground - they play basketball, tennis, football or just run around. The younger ones are playing imaginary games. And all this makes them thirsty, eh?! The stand on the perimeter is usually filled with water bottles of all sizes, shapes and colors. Staying hydrated is important as it's quite hot even in the evenings. This random bottle has the right message! I wonder who its owner was!!

Staying hydrated really is very important. I have been looking into getting a huge 2.2-litre bottle of water so that I can have it with me and drink it through the day to hit my daily intake.
