Good afternoon from this side of the planet. It's 12:45 PM here and a warm sunny day has turned into a dark cloudy one in just few minutes. Weather is unpredictable.. Nobody would have guessed for a cloudy rainy day an hour back. But suddenly dark cloud came with strong winds and now it's pouring. We have to switch on the lights indoors to do any work. So far, there is no power cut but that might happen any time due to the strong winds. Thankfully, we have power back up.
Saturday is going lazy. We watched a movie and some binge watching till 2 AM and I left the bed only at 8 in the morning. No walk, no chores and not much cooking. I am going lazy and just put some brunch with the leftovers. Have oiled my hair and will take a head bath in an hour. Nothing much planned. The house looks scattered. Maybe I should get up after this post, do some tidying up, fold the laundry lying on the chair from last evening and clean the dishes and kitchen shelf. It's all scattered there and not a pleasant sight.

I wish that I knew about the rain. I would have not watered the plants and could be more lazy 
. Definitely, this heavy rain saves me from that chore for at least two days. It's raining cats and dogs outside.

@arunima25 glad you had no issues with the power.
It has been very hot here for this time of year, there are already drought in some areas.

It did not knock out the power in the daytime. The rain stopped for few hours and now the clouds and strong winds are back. We have a power cut from the last ten minutes..We have power back up, so no issues.
I hope you get some rain soon. It was some hot days recently. So, this shower was welcomed.

I hope you get some good rain soon. Today's rain was very much needed. It's a relief from rising temperature. We won't need AC tonight. The rain stopped for few hours, but now it's back with strong winds.

Oh gosh this reminds me I have to finish a project I am working on for a gift for my niece.
I think your lazy day sounds wonderful. I didn’t do much cooking today either but I have to plan what to make for tomorrow now that most of the leftovers have been eaten up.
It’s a very wet chilly weekend here .

@arunima25 I definitely have a lot to keep me busy at home. Not as fun as when I can go out in nice weather though. MyLot is wonderful! I have to go to the store today otherwise I’m staying in.

@shaggin I totally agree there. No matter how much we have to keep us busy indoors including myLot, we need to go out in fresh air. I need that. Being caught up indoors for too long can be depressing.

Wet and chilly weekend...that doesn't sound like a fun weekend. Hope you get some warm pleasant days soon. Better to stay indoors and keep yourself occupied.. and myLot is the best way to do that

Better to stay indoors when it's chill outside. We have enough to stay entertained indoors including myLot . Hope you could do something physical and that would have made you feel happy.

This one was really needed.. mercury was rising and we needed this to bring some relief. I read that few mylotters badly need rain.. it's drought in some areas. Hope they get the rain soon.

This post was a month back. Off late, we have good weather as it's raining here every day. In fact this week it's been heavy rain each day and the city is on yellow alert till this weekend.
It seems Delhi NCR has also received some shower and relief from heat.
