Bean Burrito Supreme for Supper

Tonight for supper, I had a bean burrito supreme in a spinach tortilla. It was really good! I love those re-fried beans with melted cheese on top
While Jay chose to have fish tacos, in extra large flour tortillas. He devoured two of those, with all the fixin's.
Both of us really enjoyed our meal, even though we had a taste for something a little bit different.
Jay had the television on, watching the draft for college football players. One of the fellas played for Michigan State College, our favorite college in the state of Michigan.
Instead of sitting at the dining room table, we ate our meal in the living room. We like to do this, quite often.

In years passed my dad and I have texted back and forth about it, and occasionally, I’ll even text my brother-in-law when they get to his team’s pick in the draft. It can get us all excited too.

I love re-fried beans. We cook beans in a different way in my country and I met them in Mexico. As many other Mexican food, it is delicious.

I love burritos with lots of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa and shredded cheese. Jay adds sour cream, also.
