Local Coffee Shop in the Hood

My boyfriend and I accidentally came across to this mini local coffee shop near our place. The ambiance is lowkey and chill which I believe one of the factors to consider if you're planning to put up a small business in a residential place. But what we like about this local coffee shop is they are supporting local coffee beans both commercial and the single origin coffee beans. We are aware that Philippines especially the coffee beans or coffee industry is lagging in this business. Philippines has also much to offer if given the chance. There are more local goods aside from coffee that Philippines produce. And many fellow Filipinos can attest to that. We can help our own in any possible way big or small. Are you also a fan or support your local goods? In what ways? Maybe I can learn from you too :)

I do visit the small business owners when possible. Many lost it all during the pandemic. I am sure the coffee there is delicious.

Right--we have it here like flea market or farmer's market. So it's like a weekend thing for me :) Philippine coffee has distinct taste than Brazil and those with Africans though ;)

That's a good cause. In my area, I always choose products and food that are from here, not only because they're from our locality but because they are genuinely good and well-made.

I am all for local products. I support local farmers in all possible way. Our Prime Minister keeps pitching about " Vocal for Local" here. I support every small local businesses over the branded International ones.

I agree with you. There should be more coffee shops or cafes for people to hang out, chill and have a nice cuppa or snack/dessert.
