Soursop is called the mircale for good reasons. It takes care of more than thirteen health conditions including cancer. I have not seen this fruit here but I understand it grow in India as well. I am going to get some seeds and try my luck growing it. It takes about 3 to 5 years to yield and the fruits can be harvested throughout the year They are the most expensive of all fruits. I did not even know about it until I accidently came upon it on the Net. I will try and plant it First I will have to get a fruit as buying seeds is not worth it as they come in packs of 50

You call that "guyabano" here. Yes, the old folk in our village used to force us, kids, to eat that when I was growing up.

@allknowing Sweet and sour. The fully ripe ones are sweet. The taste is similar to that of the mango

There are lots of them in the Philippines. They are also called "miracle fruit' because they have been known for their many proven health benefits. This fruit can be bought through juices, tablets and capsules, and the natural fruit itself. It tastes a little sour with a bit of sweetness. I really like it!

We have two trees in our yard. We sometimes make tea with the leaves. I might have some this morning instead of my usual peppermint.

@allknowing l use many other leaves that claim a lot of health benefits so l can't be sure which one can take the benefit. Lemon grass or fever grass is used for a lot of things but l simply like the flavor. ( It also dispels mosquitoes)
