Another Rest Day

Hola mylot, it's me your favorite angel again, it's 6:58 AM here and I'm still laying on my bed. My wife and 2 helpers will run the shop today, so I will take a rest day again. My body is not in pain today but it is still too tired and I need the rest. Last nite my therapist torture me and it hurt but after that, the pain was gone. I still have to consume several meds. I hate doing it but I do not have any choice. How about you guys? How's your day so far? Remember to stay safe, take care and have a great day.
