A plastic bad on a highway in Cadilac Michigan

This story is kind of odd since the Michigan State Police clean up crew were working on picking up litter on U S Highway 131 last week near Cadillac Michigan when one of the clean up crew members picked up what appeared to be a hand that was cut off from the body of a person. When the clean up crew member picked up the hand from the side of the highway, the crew member found out that the severed hand was made of rubber. I know if I found a body part on the side of the highway, I would freak out thinking it was a person who had rubbed out. The clean up crew member picked up the rubber hand that was cut off from a mannequin into a plastic bag and removed it from the highway. I can see now why littering on a highway is against the law. Lesson learned. Link is abc3340.com/news/offbeat/m...

I am in agreement with you because if it was a real hand, it would have been scary for the person that found the hand on the freeway.

I am in agreement with you since I do watch television shows based on real life stories and when the person sees the deceased body on a road or the grass and they freak out seeing the deceased body before they call the police.

Considering how many people report sights of random “mannequins” that turn out to be real human corpses I can understand the confusion and possible concern.

I know what you mean about persons being concerned about a body part that is real compared to a mannequin body part.

You are right since people will throw out of their autos mannequin body parts.

Sounds like a trick someone would play on Halloween putting out a rubber hand but this is the wrong season,

It would freak me out as well. Just seeing the reenactments of deceased persons on crime shows is chilling.
