What did you have for late morning snack today?

I have been kind of sort of grazing all day today. No big meals to speak of. I worked at the flaky care in the morning and at Guitar Center in the afternoon.
For late morning snack I had about two inches (measured by height in the can) of leftover Progresso pot roast soup. To add to the volume and enhance the taste, I added a bit of water, a bit of olive oil, some soy sauce, some pepper, some zucchini, and some jalapino peppers.
It as really good, and kept me going until early afternoon. I'll attach a photo of my soup as I was cooking it up this morning.
Did you get creative in the kitchen today?

Sadly, no. Not really. I got a late start cooking, and got busy doing other things. but I did eat my Mac and cheese.

@wolfgirl569 I bet they're the modern version of what we used to call "Sugar Crisps," I can still hear Sugar Bear singing "Can't get enough of those Sugar Crisps..."

For dessert/snack yesterday I had a lemon muffin with some decaf coffee. You certainly know how to stretch a meal and make it your own!

Heh. Like @TheSojourner, I like to be creative with what I have. She does it at a slightly higher level, though.

@TheSojourner I think I'll make some (frozen) Indian lamb curry for lunch and throw in some jalapinos for color and texture contrast. They're not hot at all and don't (to me) have that much taste.

@TheHorse Boiled egg and mashed, put a little bit of pepper and salt, and some mayo. That simple.

@jeanbug23 Sounds good, like a basic egg salad.

Wow, this looks very delicious and healthy. I would add a few chicken bits with nice breadcrumb sticks. Love it..

@JimBo452020 I hope you're asleep by now. Wait. It's tomorrow morning there by now. I mean morning as in get up, not party hardy.

Nope, not very creative here. Your soup sounds good... except for the peppers. Youch...those are too hot for me.

Didn't have any late morning slack. I had noodles with pork chop for lunch.

@Beestring So the noodles were not seasoned in any particular way?
