The past two weeks went by at work at Goodwill. And I knew that my 90 days would be close to ending with onboarding and with Danielle at Hattie Larlham. She did visit me two weeks ago and last week for the final time since my time would be officially ending this week to close my case for now. She still told me, that I can still email/call/text her after my case is closed, and our time is up with updates on how I'm doing reaching my goals. She told me that from time to time, she would check in with me, but not as often during the three months with her. And she told me, if I hit 3 bins, she would come in to celebrate and treat me with donuts. If I hit 4 and then become a processor, she would do the same. I still want her there when I learn how to tag and hang on my first day. My April goal was to hit 3 bins or try to come close to it, working my way up and increasing speed. At least, I've managed to hit 2 bins and picked up the pace since my 60-day performance review a month ago. Here's how I've done in the past two weeks, which had some highs and lows, and sweet goodness in between. Two weeks ago, since I was feeling better and on the mend, my pacing was slow and a bit off though. I cleared 2 even bins on Monday and 2.35 bins on Tuesday. No bins were cleared on that Thursday, since I spent all day clearing a couple of Gaylord boxes. That Friday, I just barely cleared 3 bins for the first time, since it was mentioned on the roster for my goal. That was the highlight of the week. Last week, I increased my speed a tiny bit, though it wasn't within my 1 hour and 15 minutes to hit my goals. Last Monday, it was a slow day when I only cleared 1.75 bins, though it was close to two bins. And that was good enough for me. Then I cranked up the pace to 2.25 bins on Tuesday, 2.35 bins on Thursday, and 2.5 bins last Friday. I also had my 90-day performance review on Friday since my 90 days of onboarding would end on Tuesday--probably the same day I have my case closed with Danielle, though I haven't heard anything yet on the exact date and time. My manager said I was doing well, though she asked if the chit-chatted from other workers bothered or distracted me. I don't know why she would say that. I said I didn't mind and I do chip in to say something every now and then, even if I listen to the radio or not. She also wanted me to pick up the pace a bit more and hit 3 bins. If I could do that in a month, she would be happy, before my next review on June 5th. And that's my goal for May--3 bins or bust and work on pacing. And maybe Danielle will bring in donuts too. As for my scheduling, it's the same for this week and next week. Then I have Monday and Wednesday off, and work on that Saturday, May 27th. So I had to cancel my shift for World Otter Day at the zoo since it took place on the same day and time. And the following week, I only work on Memorial Day (though they close at 3 PM, I do get paid twice for holiday pay), and I also work on my birthday and Thursday. My 15-hour shift would count for 20. And I have the rest of the week off. I'll check in tomorrow after work to do a recipe report card update and post my May list on Wednesday. See you then.

I guess the real goal is to just keep the speed up even when no one is watching. You are doing great there though..Kudos! I am sure you are happy to be earning a paycheck.
