Well with all the madness and pace of the current day cricket gets overwhelming, time for some nostalgia. So I hooked upon this match between arguably the best teams of ODI cricket in the late 90s - The Aussies and the Proteas (South Africa). This was played in Australia and was the 3rd final of a tri series. The first two matches were tired 1 each. This game had top class players of that time. South Africa - Gary Kirsten, Jacques Kallis, Pat Symcox, Hansie Cronje, Brian McMillan , Lance Klusener, Jonty Rhodes and more. Aussies - Waugh brothers - Mark and Steve, Ricky Ponting, Paul Reiffel, Adam Gilchrist, Tom Moody, Shane Warne .... In the end, Aussies won but with a tough competition.
