Giselle Torres who is a senior at Holland High School in Holland Michigan was at the right place at the right time when she was with her softball team's Custom Car & Bike Show over the weekend when she saw a young boy having trouble breathing.
Giselle who like her teammate Jaelynn Ybarra-Brandon who are CPR certified came to work on reviving the young boy by giving five pats on the back and the chest of the boy until the object came out of his mouth.
First responders came to take care of the boy who recovered from his health scare the same day when the young boy was able to go back to the car show.
Giselle and her classmate give credit to their school teaching them the basics of first aid skills that came in handy that day.

When I worked at a daycare center, the CPR class was mandatory!

That is very admirable!
I know it a bit but wondering where to approach for getting more practical tips.
May be community efforts can be handy !

I have no idea other there is a United Way hotline where they can assist you in finding help on locating first aid courses.
