A kitten whose was stuck in a drain pipe on Tuesday required the assistance of the Finderne Fire Department in Bridgewater New Jersey.
The firefighters received permission from the management of The Home Depot to use a sewer camera to be able to find the kitten who would have been trapped in the drainpipe.
The firefighters used carpet padding to lower it into the drainpipe to get the kitten out of the drainpipe.
The good part of this story is that the kitten did latch onto the padding and was able to get out of the drainpipe.
After the kitten was rescued, the kitten was taken to the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter by the firefighters.
The hope is that the kitten who is now receiving medical attention in the animal shelter will be adopted in the near future.

That is a good question how the kitten went inside the drain pipe. I guess the kitten was chasing a small mouse.
