Police in Oklahoma respond to a goat crying for help

A farm in Enid Oklahoma where a goat cried for help last Tuesday

One week ago two Enid Oklahoma answered a call for help from the farm home where the owner of the property told Enid police officers David Sneed and Neal Storey found out that the cries for help came from a goat that was crying for help since the goat was separated from the other goats. What makes this story so funny is that the way the goat cried sounded like a person crying for help. I have heard of persons who look a lot like a famous person but they are not related and persons who have similar voices to another person. This is the first time that I know that a cry from a goat for help sounded like a human cry for help. I am sure that the two police officers are happy that this was not a crime in progress. Yes, goats can make some wild sounds. I'm glad that the goat was returned to the other goats.

How very funny. I am sure the police were relieved it wasn't anything more serious.

I was thinking the same thing that the police were happy that this was not a crime scene.

Having been up close to the goats that belong to a friend of my dad’s, I can assure you that goats can make ungodly sounds. They can sound like a woman, and they can sound like a man. They just sound bat crap crazy.

I have never been close to seeing goats in my lifetime other than seeing a goat in Montreal Canada when my relatives visited Canada for the Summer Olympic Games during the changing of the guard ceremony.

I do not know much about goats sounding like humans since most of the time they are featured in television shows like Sanford and Son the goat that was owned by Julio Fuentes (Gregory Sierra RIP) was quiet.

Goats can sound very like a human when they're distressed.
